Entries are open to the residents of Folkingham and surrounding villages.

Registry of Entries with monies will be accepted in advance by 19th August, 2025.

NO entries will be accepted after 23rd August, 2025, and all entries MUST be paid for in advance. EXHIBITS  –  Should only be brought to the Village Hall on Saturday morning between 09.00 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. and not before

Entry Fees

Section 1 – 5            Adults          50p (Per Exhibit)

Section 6 – 7           Children        Free

All exhibits must be staged by 10.30 a.m. Maximum two entries only per class, per exhibitor.

The Village Hall will then be cleared and Judging will start at 10.45 a.m.

No exhibits to be removed before 4.30 p.m. but must be collected by 5.00 p.m.

Exhibitors who are unable to collect their exhibits during these times MUST make alternative arrangements.

Although every care will be taken, the Committee accepts no responsibility whatsoever for loss or damage to exhibits.

Points are awarded as follows:-

1st               3 points

2nd              2 points

3rd              1 point
